In June of 2022, I worked with a team of freelancers to produce a Lakes edition of the Spinal Column, which came out July 6, 2022. It was definitely something I worked really hard to put my personal touch on by editing, writing and taking photos for and designing it, alongside my team. I also covered the Wixom City Council meeting for this edition and wrote this story as seen on A2 of the edition. Ultimately, the Spinal Column went out of business and printed its last edition in November 2022, but I’m proud of the work I did on this edition while I was there.
