This article was yet another article I wrote for the Novi News in Fall 2015. The editor and I, Phil Allmen, have had a good working relationship and friendship for many years, and I was honored to be able to freelance for him.

This was a basic event story, which featured the grand opening of Diversified Technical Systems (DTS), an automotive crash-test parts supplier, in Novi. It was great to be able to cover the reopening of a local business and to see what they do for the community. Photos for this story were taken by John Heider, staff photographer for the Novi News, and this story was published on A10 of the October 29, 2015 edition of the Novi News.
